Shore Lunch
Shorelunch will be a highlight of your trip, a meal you will look forward to day after day. Knowledgeable guides are available at all times. Our guides, in addition to being excellent boatmen and trailmen, are superb cooks. However, a guide is not necessary if you are fishing close to New Moon Lodge
Facilities
Our cabins are completely modern, spaced for privacy and furnished for your comfort and convenience. Each cabin has a complete modern bathroom with shower and daily maid service.

New Moon Lodge originated from our dreams as a young couple. In 1955, we purchased a wilderness island, and began to build. In 1957, our dream became a reality when we welcomed our first guests to our little island hideaway.

Over the years, we, along with our growing family, dedicated ourselves to creating a special spot for our guests to enjoy. We have worked hard to build a reputation for warm hospitality, excellent service, and delicious home cooking. Many of our guests plan their vacations around our weekly dinner menu which includes: Roast Turkey, Prime Rib, Baked Ham, New York Strip Steak, Barbeque Chicken, and Roast Pork. All our dinners include homemade soups, bread baked daily in our kitchen, salads, fresh potatoes and vegetables, and a different desert each night. The meals are family style, yet we serve in a semi-formal atmosphere with each party at their own private table being served by a nicely uniformed waitress. You are always welcome for a cup of coffee at any hour.
